Fannie Mae Customer (Seller/Servicer) Discount

To qualify for the customer discount, you must provide your Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer Number at registration.

Early Registration Discount

To qualify for the early registration discount, we must receive your registration form and payment at least three weeks prior to the first day of the session.

Association Member Discount

A number of associations have negotiated a special rate for their members. To qualify for this discount, you must provide the applicable discount code at the time of registration. The discount will not be applied retroactively.

How to Register

Course Registration

To register online (and pay with a credit card) or by mail (and pay by check or money order), go to the Register for HFI page and follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

If you register online, you will receive confirmation via e-mail once your credit card payment has been approved. If you register by mail, you will receive an e-mail confirmation after we receive and process your registration.

Hotel Registration

Fannie Mae has negotiated a discounted room rate with the session hotels. To receive the discounted rate, your hotel reservation must be made at least three weeks prior to the first day of the HFI session you wish to attend.
